I see no sausages! I think it looks good, the hardest part is to make the fingers look like they bend the right way and aren't broken or anything, and I would say you succeeded. The only thing that bothers me is that the fingernail on the ring finger looks like it's getting pulled off by the thumb a little. Ouch!
